The idea of getting involved in the field of jewelery came to Gabriella Quercia by the exciting results that she had obtained from fusing glass, and particularly when she met for the  first time with Dichroic Glass during a stage done in the U.S. Dichroic Glass is a glass covered by metallic oxides, characterized by the property of changing color depending by the light that either hit it or filter thru it. It's perfect in order to create  beads of stunning beauty to be installed in precious pieces of jewelery. Due to this, Gabriella Quercia started a collaboration with a few Roman jewelery designers: Tito Livio Negri, Fabrizio Negri, Maria Cristina Bellucci, Francesca Gabrielli, Consuelo Pica, Francesca Antonello. A new and thrilling challenge for Art Glass Studio!
